POSITION: Business development executive
Job Description :
1. Searching companies and generating leads through job portals/ Social media.
2. Identify Potential clients and decision maker within the clients organization.
3. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
4. Set up meetings between clients decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
5. plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client needs , concerns and objectives.
6. Participate in pricing the solution/service.
7. Handle objections by clarifying , emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to positive conclusion. use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
8.Report to the Business Development Manager on Daily/weekly/ Monthly and meeting the sales targets.
9. Source new sales, opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails using LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip recruiter and all social platforms.
10. Familiarity with MS Excel( Analysing spread sheets and charts)
11. Close sales and achieve targets.
12 Prior experience of working on different CRM and ATS platform such as Zoho will be an asset.
